LICOR DE CAFÉ

Ingredientes:

600 g de açúcar
3 dl de água
150 g de café moído fino
3 dl de aguardente

Preparação:

Devem-se deixar em maceração todos os ingredientes aproximadamente 45 dias, agitando bem de 5 em 5 dias.
Depois deve-se coar todo o preparado e estará pronto a ser bebido.

Se conduzir não beba, esta bebida fica potente, atenção!

Mas uma delicia!

Nota – Escolham uma boa aguardente!
