Bolo de Chila

Ingredientes:

250 g de açúcar
250 g de miolo de amêndoa
20 g de chocolate em pó
150 g de chila
6 Ovos

Preparação:

Bata os ovos com o açúcar até engrossar.
Junte a amêndoa, passada pela máquina (com pele), o chocolate em pó e a chila. Coloque a mistura numa forma bem untada com manteiga e forrada a papel vegetal também untado.
Ponha no forno até cozer.

Decore a gosto, por exemplo com fios de ovos e morangos.
