Refresco de melancia e frutos vermelhos

ingredientes

600 g de melancia limpa (sem casca nem pevides)
250 g de frutos vermelhos (frescos ou congelados)
água gelada
açúcar
1 limão ou lima
gelo picado
folhas de hortelã

preparação

Corte a melancia em cubos para o copo liquidificador. Junte os frutos vermelhos e cerca de 8 dl de água. Triture tudo, adicione açúcar a gosto e um pouco de sumo de limão ou de lima.

Volte a triturar e reserve no frigorífico até à altura de servir.

Distribua gelo picado por copos altos, divida o refresco pelos copos e sirva enfeitados com uma folhinha de hortelã e meia rodela de limão ou de lima.
