Espetos de Atum

Ingredientes:

01 kg de atum fresco;
400 gr. de cebola;
02 colheres (chá) de sal;
08 colheres (sopa) de suco de limão;
06 colheres (sopa) de azeite de oliva;
01 ramo de louro fresco;
40 a 60 fatias de limão;
pimenta preta moída;
óleo para grelhar.

Preparo:

Corte o peixe em quadrados (3 x 3 cm). Coloque numa tigela.
Descasque a cebola, rale, misture com sal e deixe curtir por meia hora.
Passe então a cebola por uma peneira e despeje o suco de cebola sobre o atum. Misture o suco de limão, pimenta e azeite de oliva.
Cubra o peixe e leve à geladeira por no mínimo 2 horas.
Espete quadrados de atum e folha de louro alternadamente.
Grelhe os espetos numa grelha untada por 4 a 6 minutos.


Vire de vez em quando.
