Quero-a leve e bem guardada
Para mais tarde ser lembrada
Olho a folha e os meus olhos choram
Dos bons momentos que se foram
Vou pô – la no seu devido lugar
Para mais tarde me recordar
O vento sopra e a folha vai
A pouco e pouco no chão cai
Eu fico a olhar para ela
Vou ter saudades dela
Com as outras já se misturou
Atrás dela eu já não vou
Já não a conheço no seu meio
Mas, a folha comigo veio
